Windows 7 RC1 still needs DirectX 9 for gaming

I tried running Mirror's Edge and I got some DirectX DLL missing error. It turns out that even for Windows 7 RC1, I still need to manually install DirectX 9c (Aug 2008 Distribution). Oh well, at least it works now.
