Ready to buy a new LCD for use with my Tablet PC

After testing with a CRT monitor, I found out that I can extend the desktop of my x60t with an external monitor, which gives me 1600 x 1200 with 75 Hz refresh rate. Now the question becomes what LCD monitor to buy.
