Scary! Cannot create Boot Partition on my SATA Drive?

This morning I was working on making my Serial ATA harddisk as the bootdisk instead of the EIDE drive. I set it at the BIOS screen to take the SATA drive as the primary drive. But I tried installing both WinXP and Vista Beta 1, and I still got problem of Boot.ini failed to find the right partition to boot up.

Well, I'll try it again tonight.

WinXP on PS-IC35.... (EIDE drive. Working fine)
Vista on 4M-.... (SATA drive. Seems not working)
