FlashGet setting

Everything I install FlashGet at workplace I need to deal with reconfiguring the application. I think I better write it down here so that I won't forget it again:

Under Proxy Setting:
Server: (well, the proxy server name)
Port: 8080
Type: HTTP
Check the following checkboxes: [x] No-Cache, [x] PASV Mode
