Disappointment by Microsoft Store again

After reading about the recycle for US$150 or more deal, I went to the Houston Galleria Microsoft Store, only to find out that they didn't recycle for netbook anymore.  Seems like there are people who abused the system and now they learned not to accept cheap Netbooks.  But seriously, why do they care since they probably throw those old devices away anyway.

I also found out that not all the items available in Microsoft Online store available in local store.  That gave me even less incentive to go to the Microsoft Store.

Sony store was like just opposite to the Microsoft Store.  They rearranged the store and made it looked like an Apple store.  But then the experience is just not the same.  At the end, I just don't give a damn about going to local store anymore.  Shopping everything online is the way to go.

I was managed to find a parking space when I get there at 11:45 am.  But by the time I leave, which was around 12:30 pm, I already found people competing for parking space.  That was brutal, and something I totally don't get.

After making the mistaking of buy Nintendo 3DS too soon, I decided that I should no longer buy gaming device and games during the first year of release unless there's some super good deal.  And that's why even though I would love to play Super Mario 3D on 3DS, I am not going to get it until next thanksgiving.  Since popular item always available at much lower price later, I have a feeling that I can snack up that game for $25 next year, instead of $39.99 .
