Pidgin failed to load MSN accounts, and then fixed by using the latest version of Pidgin portable

I had problem getting MSN account loaded on my Pidgin portable.  After hours of frustration, I finally found the using latest version of Pidgin seemed to solve the problem for a short while.  But then the disconnecting problem still happened very once in a while.  Odd.
