OSX86 sure is not perfect

I tried install the following software on OSX86 machine, and have the following results:

* iWork '06
- Installation Success
- Failed to start the applications (both Keynote and Page)

* Final Cut Pro HD 4.5
- Failed to install the application.

* Erain Swift 3D 4.5
- Installation Success
- Start up success

* Software For
- Well haven't tried all of them since there's tons of software, but at least the .dmg start out fine.
